Becoming Reading April 10 on Orcas Island

If you live in the San Juan Islands, several of the writers from the anthology Becoming: What Makes a Woman will read at Darvill's Bookstore on Orcas Island on Tuesday, April 10, at 7:00 pm. Darvill's is an utterly charming shop -- the quintessential independent bookstore -- with an excellent selection of books, including the Becoming anthology.

On International Women's Day, we're very pleased to announce the release of Becoming: What Makes a Woman from the University of Nebraska Gender Programs.
